Dear Chris and Tito,
Let me start off by apologizing for all of the horrible things I did to mess with you guys growing up. I know you probably hated me, but I truly love the both of you. I'm sorry for all of the wet willies and all the blame for the mischievous things that I did. I'm also sorry for leaving you with mom and dad all alone with no one to defend you when they were overreacting. Let's be real, no one defends me when they're being too harsh, so I guess you can have a little walk in my shoes for once.
I can recall all of the times where I made you guys cry and mad at me, but I can also recall all the great memories we have together, like chasing each other around shopping carts while mom was shopping. How about those times when we all had to take pictures for mom to keep and hang all around the house, or when dad would wrestle with us and end up hurting himself? Ah, such fond memories.
Thank you for teaching me 10 different ways to do simple addition problems, because apparently, you don't do old school math in elementary school anymore. There are all these new tricks that I learned from you. I'm sorry for pointing out the worst grade on your report card, by the way, but mom and dad have to focus on something while I am trying to get my grades up in the meantime!
Thank you for always doing everything I ever ask. Being the youngest one always means you have "the most energy," and you can do things faster than I can. Thank you for popping popcorn when the family watches movies on a Saturday afternoon, and thank you for pouring the drinks at dinner, and thank you for not complaining about it. (Okay, well, sometimes you complained about it)
Tito, even though you're technically the older one, you're still considered the little man in the family. I can't imagine what my life would be like without you. I wouldn't know what a genuine person is like and I thank you for teaching me how to be accepting of other people. Thank you for also doing all of the things that I am too lazy to do. You're honestly the bomb.
I hope that I taught you many valuable lessons in life, like how to lie to mom and dad and how to do a complicated math problem. I can't wait to see what the future holds for the both of you. Tito, no matter where life takes me, I promise to come visit when you're alone with mom and dad. Chris, I hope you turn into a fine young man and that you never forget about your big sis! I love you both with all my heart, and here's to making many more memories together.
