Dear Client,

You don't know me, but you've fed me. You've housed me for most of my life. You've payed for football games, competitions, and activities fees. You helped me move into a new house, start college, and even bought my pets. It's thanks to you that I'm not without house and home. It's thanks to you that I'm able to adventure and enjoy life. It's thanks to you that I have a life to live at all.

You don't know me, but you taught me some of the more important lessons in life. From you, I learned the importance of caring for others, hard work, honesty, punctuality, and trustworthiness. I learned how to communicate effectively and efficiently with others, all while keeping a genuine smile on my face. You taught me to think on my feet, to problem solve, to compromise. I am a better person because of you.

You don't know me, but I've spent hours at home servicing you. I've input your data and answered your calls. I've worked day and night to provide you with a service that you can't expect anywhere else. You've trusted me with your most valued information, and I intend to protect that. Without thinking, every time you appear I am given another case load, and I cannot thank you enough.

You don't know them, but my parents have devoted their lives to making sure you have an enjoyable experience with us. They've lost countless hours of sleep in an effort to make sure you rest easy knowing you're being cared for. Behind their dark circles, gray hairs, and wrinkles are the years of hard earned experience needed to continue providing you with the best customer experience you could ask for. You've kept them up at night as they struggled to handle everything you've thrown at them, and they begrudgingly loved every second.

You don't know them, but you've given people jobs. You've helped them onto their feet as they've moved into town, or even into the country. You've provided their family with food and shelter, as well as the opportunity to grow.

You don't know me, but I know you. I thank you for putting your needs in our capable hands. I swear to you we won't let you down.

Sincerely,

The Product of a Family-Owned Business

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
