Thank you, thank you, thank you — there are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how much you mean to me. No matter what comes our way, I know that our friendship can withstand it all. Through the breakups and makeups, the parties, the cries and the laughs, we always will stand by each other. Thank you for forgiving me when I mess up and coming to me when I do something stupid and helping me through it.
This past year, or really even the past five months, have been a roller coaster of events in my life. I have lost friends, but through that, I have learned and been reassured of who my true friends are. It's such an amazing feeling to know that when things aren't going as planned, I have a few people that I could go to no matter what.
Having people that will stand up for you when they know you are telling the truth and no one else believes you has been such an important thing this past semester. I have no idea what I would've done without them. Thank you for always knowing when I need a friend, even when I don't say it. Thank you for cheering me up with girls nights' and letting me crash at your apartment night after night because being alone is too hard sometimes.
Having best friends like y'all is what makes my life a million times better. There are moments in my life that I can't wait to happen. Like when I get engaged, I want y'all there. And when I get married, I hope the y'all will both say yes to being my bridesmaids, and when I have a kid, etc. I want you both there for all of the important and life-changing events in my life.
As we grow and continue to learn and experience new things in our lives, I hope that I will always have the two of you. I hope that our friendship means as much to y'all as it does to me because I know that friends like y'all only come along once, and it's not something I want to lose. We may live in different cities or be in different places in our lives as time goes on but one thing is for sure, we will always have the same memories and laughs that made us best friends in the first place.
Thank you for taking care of me when I'm sick or hurt, or even when I've had a little bit too much to drink. It's friends like you that make having friends worth it, cause we all know there are definitely people that make us want to just be alone if you know what I mean.
I love you guys more than anything, and I hope you have a fantastic summer. I can't wait to see the adventures and new memories we create as we continue through our lives together.
