One Direction: A Whole Lot Of History

Whether you believe the rumors that our favorite boy band is splitting up or are holding out hope that the now dynamic foursome will somehow make more history, you can't deny the major impact One Direction has had not only on 14 year old girls' hearts, but on the music industry as well. Five albums later and we're still not over Harry's curly hair, Niall's accent, or the multiple bromances the internet tried to make happen (Larry Stylinson). With the most recent release of their newest music video, "History," One Direction has us reflecting on their greatest moments, especially those of us who have been fans since the X Factor days. Here are some of the greatest One Direction moments that will hit us all in the feels.

1. The X Factor days.

2. The music video that launched the Directioner Fandom.

3. Reminding us to "Live While We're Young."

4. Being Named Billboard's Top New Artist of 2012.

5. Creating "The Best Song Ever."

6. Releasing the 3D movie event "This is Us."

7. Holding the group together for a fourth album "Four."

8. Saying goodbye to the beloved Zayn.

9. Moving on for the fans.

10. And ultimately pulling on our heartstrings.
