Birchbox is one of my favorite companies. For ten dollars a month, you get sample sized beauty products sent right to your door! I love trying new products and Birchbox is a perfect, inexpensive way to do that.

Here's what my October Box had in store for me:

This is my October Box. The colors in it are gorgeous and make me think of early fall. One of the other things that I love about Birchbox is the fact that you can keep all of the cute boxes they send you and use them as storage around your house.

When you first open the box, it has a list of all the products that are inside of your box and a description of them all.

Under that piece of paper awaits all the awesome products that Birchbox sent you for the month!

The first item I received was GLAWGLOW. I was so excited to try out this face mask. The description says that it's a detoxifying mask that leaves your face feeling clean and soft. I have already tried this product, and I can say honestly that it does leave the face feeling soft but if you have sensitive skin, this probably isn't the face mask for you. I have very sensitive skin and it did burn my skin while it was on and was a little bit irritating. After I washed it off, it wasn't red or anything and my skin felt very soft and clean.

Anytime I receive a moisturizer, I jump for joy! Moisturizer has been my best friend for ages because if I don't use it, I end up looking kind of like a lizard. Scales for days. This is a nice thick moisturizer that sets on the skin nicely and isn't greasy at all. I give it a two thumps up!

This lavender and chamomile sleep spray is heaven in a bottle. I would literally wear this as perfume and let's be real, anything that helps me sleep better is a God send.

For all lazy girls, everywhere: DRY SHAMPOO! I have extremely dry hair that perfectly matches my nice scaly skin, so washing my hair everyday is a definite no for me. I get so excited when I actually get to use dry shampoo because my hair is actually producing oil! Dry shampoo is also great for adding volume and texture. Messy waves meet your new best friend!

This MAKE lipstick is a sheer hot pink and makes me feel like a sassy queen. It's so soft on the lips and is gorgeous. The description says it doubles as a lip treatment, and I 100% agree. I would definitely buy this lipstick in every color just because it's so soft!

All in all, my October box was a winner in my book. If you like this type of article, let me know and I'll continue doing monthly unboxing and reviews!
