I've had my fair share of experiences with mental illness, I struggle with anxiety and depression. No, it isn't always there, but it is real and is a problem that many people face very single day. Mental illness can come in waves and sometimes it sticks around a little longer than we would like.
Bad days can turn into bad weeks and bad weeks into bad months, but this doesn't mean our whole life is bad. Even on our darkest days we have to remember that this is only right now and it shouldn't effect our out look on our future.
I remember having times where I didn't think it was going to get any better. I don't have a bad life, I love my family, I love my friends and I love living. However, sometimes our minds play games with us and make us think we don't deserve what we have. That we deserve to feel down and undeserving. You don't, you have to fight back and trust me, I know how hard it is.
Your worst days will someday become your past and you will look back on them and appreciate your life now even more. You are loved and you are SO important to many people, don't let yourself think otherwise.
