In honor of the new hire Orientation Leaders getting ready to head back to school and start training here are some reasons why you should thank your orientation leader this coming orientation…


1. They are way too happy, and running on like 3 maybe 4 hours of sleep.

2. They never hesitate to make an absolute fool of themselves to make you comfortable.

3. And helllllo that big smile and wave when they see you around campus.


4. They came back three weeks early and work long days for you to enjoy your experience.

5. They had to find the least awkward ice breakers to help you.

6. They had to memorize a bunch of random, and important facts about your university to just to share it with you.

7. They also have to be super cool, but super professional, in one sitting which can be hard.

8. They offer insight to getting involved, to expanding your horizons and discovering who you are.


9. They genuinely care about your experience and want to make it the best possible.
