Break is approaching and the school is a ghost town. All your friends left early because of the weather and all your friends are home without you. The fomo is real. Here are a few thoughts you have the night before heading home on Thanksgiving break:
Classes are basically non-existent and you lay in bed watching Kardashian reruns eating your body weight in snacks while trying to use a weeks worth of meal swipes in two days.
You have an urge to run around and do whatever you want, but you realize the RAs are still here and there are still rules.
You can't stop thinking about all the turkey and mashed potatoes you're about to eat along with all the other home cooked meals, showering without shoes, and sleeping in your own bed in your own room.
Most of all, you think about seeing your dogs and your best friend for the first time since August and you can't help but get a little teary -eyed.
