Every single year we all have that moment when we realize that we haven't decided what to be for Halloween... and we have a costume party to go to in three days. Some of us even wait until the day before to figure it out. Maybe you're not a huge fan of the spooky holiday or you've been creating Pinterest boards for months only to have no time for planning your awesome costume. No worries, though. I've put together a list of the funniest last minute costumes that anyone can throw together within an hour or two.

1. The Identity Thief

This is one of my favorites for someone who really doesn't have time to make any effort in the costume department but still wants to be hilarious. You can buy those stickers at the dollar store, and then you can have a brilliantly simple costume. You can even write the names of your friends or add names as the night goes on. Funny, easy, and interactive.

2. Alice in Chains

While this one requires a little more effort than the others on this list, I still believe that music lovers and those who appreciate a very niche flavor of puns will love your costume. This is for someone who doesn't mind going to Party City to buy a costume but would rather have something a little less formulaic than your average pre-packaged costume in a bag.

3. A Kid

This costume offers everything you've ever wanted in a night out: humor, comfort, and minimal effort. All you really need is a onesie, and who wouldn't want to wear pajamas all night anyway? Besides, there's nothing funnier than a toddler with a Vodka Cranberry in her sippie cup.

4. French Toast

Ooh la la! This costume allows one to wear a super cute outfit and make cheesy puns all night long.

5. A Formal Apology

A formal apology. Isn't that fantastic? All you need is your fanciest attire and an apologetic attittude. Forget the sign if you're really strapped for time. Just apologize all night and see if anyone picks up on your pun.

6. The Ginger Bread Man

This works best if you already have red hair (obviously), but if you aren't naturally a ginger you can pick up a can of temporary colored hair paint at Target. It's adorable and witty at the same time.

7. A Dust Bunny

Animal ears are everywhere around Halloween, so they shouldn't be too hard to get your hands on, and a feather duster is only a dollar at most stores. You can do as much or as little with this costume as you like. Either way, it's a really cute idea.

8. A Sim

This requires such little planning that it's a shame I haven't seen it more. There are tons of tutorials online for the Sims Diamond, and everything else is up to you. You can either wear regular clothes or dress it up by making it a chilling zombie Sim or something else creative. It also gives you an excuse to speak gibberish to people you don't want to talk to.

9. Error 404: Costume Not Found

Alright, I'm suprised that the people who would actually do this made it far enough into the article to see this idea, because you have to be really lazy for this one. You just need a marker and a shirt to achieve this look. This costume says, "Hey, you're lucky I even came to this party. I've accepted that I'm lazy, and I'm owning it by being funny."

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
