This past week has been a busy in the news. There have been events happening in the U.S. and all over the world that could have an impact on the rest of the world. Here are five things that happened last week that you should know about:
1. Anti-Trump Rallies
Recently, there have been many protests at Trump events across the country, and many of these protests have turned violent between the protesters and the Trump supporters. There have been protests at rallies in Tucson, Arizona, Salt Lake City, Utah and outside of Trump Tower in New York City. These protests also lead to the cancellation of a Trump rally in Chicago on March 11. Trump has called these protesters "professional agitators," and has also condemned the violence that has broken out at his events.

3. Obama Visits Cuba
President Obama has made history by being the first president in nearly 90 years to visit Cuba. Obama is the first president since Calvin Coolidge to visit the Communist island, in a way to continue the improving relationship between the United States and Cuba. President Obama will meet with Cuban President Raul Castro in order advocate for the people of Cuba. After Obama's meeting with Castro, The Rolling Stones will perform on the island.
4. Paris attack suspect Arrested
One of the suspects in the November 2015 attacks in Paris was captured in Belgium. Salah Abdeslam was on the run for over four months before being captured in the Brussels neighborhood of Molenbeek. The attacks killed 130 people and injured almost 400. Abdeslam recently told prosecutors that he should have detonated his suicide vest during the attack, but "blacked out" and never did. Abdeslam will soon be sent to France to answer to the charges that are against him. The President of France, François Hollande said that more arrests could happen in the future, as the investigation continues.
5. Terrorist attack in Istanbul

ISIS has been blamed for the suicide bombing that took place in a marketplace in Istanbul Turkey. Four people were killed in the attack. Three of the victims were Israeli and one was from Iran. Two of the Israeli victims also had U.S. citizenships and another 36 people were injured by the attack. Officials have urged citizens to go about their daily lives after the attack, even with major events being canceled around the city.
