Christmas is about to pass which only means one thing… NEW YEARS. Along with new years comes, new years resolutions. Everyone should try to make at least one and fulfill it. If you don’t have one, below is a list of a few that I think can work for everyone.
Meet at least 3 new people every month
To some people, I know it seems scary to meet new people. Trust me, I feel the same sometimes. It’s good to be introduced to new people because you never know, you could meet your best friend or possibly your husband/wife..
Have a healthier Living Style
This is a great one because everyone should have a healthy living style. That doesn’t necessarily mean to lose weight; it just means to stay active and healthy. If you feel the need to lose some weight than make going to the gym at least twice a week one of your top priorities as well as having a lean diet with some cheat days.
Learn a new language
Learning a new language can be fun, especially when you do it because you want to and not because you have to. It definitely can be challenging, but if you love the language as well as the challenge, it’ll be fun!
Pick up a new hobby
It’s always fun to try something new whether it’s playing a new sport, joining a club, playing an instrument, etc. It’ll spice things up in your life and who knows you may end up loving it!
Give up a bad habit
I know it will be difficult, but lets face it you’ll be better off if you give it up. From something as small as biting your nails to something as a big as smoking, everyone has at least one bad habit. Make this new year count by giving up that habit.
Spend more time with family
This may seem like a no brainer, but with the advances in technology, everyone pays more attention to their phones and less to each other. Putting down the phone and spending quality time with your family is probably one of the best resolutions because you never know what may happen in a blink of an eye. So make each and every second count with your loved ones.
Have less stress than 2016
Stress is a leech that eats away at people nonstop. Try making 2017 a little less stressful by planning ahead, not procrastinating and letting go of unnecessary stress. Life is short, so live it stress free.
