Each year, with the arrival of January 1st, most people proclaim a list of ways in which they will better themselves throughout the New Year. About 40% of American adults began making New Years resolutions since the beginning of the 21st century, 88% of them reporting to not have stuck their goal.

Why don't we pick one and really focus on it. Why does the turning of the clock from 11:59 to 12:00 immediately call for a complete redesign of our lifestyles?
Instead we should try working on achieving goals throughout the year, little by little. No one can suddenly adopt and stick to a totally different way of life. Focus on one thing at a time, and do it anytime of the year. Start with something really important to you and see if you can do it. Work on things you know you are capable of rather than trying to completely change yourself. Because you're pretty much fabulous anyways.
