With every new year always comes new changes. You tell yourself you'll to start eating healthier, go to the gym more, and stop going to class looking like you just woke up. So many things you tell yourself you're going to stop/start doing.
Why should you wait until the new year to fix things? If you're blessed to wake up another day, then change whatever it is you want that day. Don't wait for the new year to bring in a "new you".
Think about it...everything about yourself probably isn't the exact same as it was two or three years ago. All because little by little you made changes about yourself. Some changes you may have not realized until you look back at your old self.
Change is good for the most part. Sometimes it can be scary because you're unsure of the outcome, but you have to start somewhere! You'll look back and be so glad you made the change you wanted early on rather than waiting later in life.
You're the only person holding yourself back from making any changes. No one is guaranteed another year, even another day, so take advantage of the time you have and make the changes you want. Here's to a new year full of daily changes.
