Ever heard of CuspIt? Well, if you haven't before you definitely will soon. As a college student, I constantly find myself struggling to maintain a balance between my mental and physical health. Yes, it's important to get good grades, have a social life, and take part in extracurriculars but a lot of times we overlook our health and wellness. CuspIt is a revolutionary app that helps empower women to live a healthy lifestyle and find their confidence.

Founder and CEO Jaclyn DiGregorio can firsthand describe how difficult it is to manage wellness while in college. A recent graduate of Georgetown University, DiGregorio struggled with finding her confidence during her freshman year. After gaining a few pounds, like most college freshmen do, DiGregorio began dieting and restricting her calories. She eventually began to feel deprived and started binge eating, eventually developing a binge eating disorder. As she began to gain weight, her self-confidence continued to plummet.

Eventually, Jaclyn consulted with a dietitian and started to love her body again and lose the weight she had gained after developing binge eating disorder. She began to love herself again and eventually wrote a book, The Cusp Method , which became a bestseller on Amazon. After traveling across the country and speaking at dozens of colleges and universities, Jaclyn realized that even though we all are different, we all share the same struggles when it comes to finding our confidence. She is such a great example of a #GirlBoss and an inspiration for all young women.

The CuspIt app, which just recently launched, provides workouts, recipes, and mental health tips designed for on the go, college women. It's also incredibly affordable, costing only $0.99 a month. Also, make sure to check out CuspIt.com which features blog posts on nutrition, fitness, health, and lifestyle.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
