Typical shows everyone loves, but they love them for a reason and you will too:
1. FRIENDS
Honestly, if you haven't see this show before you really need to. Once you get past the first season you will find yourself looking for a friend group just like them. It has all of the typical friend types covered:
The Guys: Joey- the cute but dumb one. Chandler- the not as cute as Joey, but funny one. Ross- the smart nerdy one who apparently is more attractive than the others because he managed to get Rachel to fall in love with him
The Girls: Phoebe- the odd, silly, hipster one. Monica- the smart, clean, orderly one. Rachel- the spoiled, pretty one
2. The Office
If you haven't seen this show before, chances are you've missed out on several jokes in general life situations. Michael Scott is painfully awkward but that just makes him all the more funny. Dwight's appearance and lifestyle as a whole is oddly amusing. And Jim and Pam's love makes you want to go get a job at a paper supply company and find your soulmate.
3. Parks and Rec
The style of Parks and Rec is very similar to The Office, but the comedy of the show is all its own. From Ron Swanson's mustache to Leslie Knope's love for breakfast foods, you will definitely be amused with what this show has to offer and its short episodes makes it an easy binge-watch show.
4. Gilmore Girls
With the new Gilmore Girls shows recently coming out, it has caused a throwback to the originals. Before watching the new ones you must watch all seven- yes seven- seasons of the original series. They are longer episodes but from the beginning they pull you in and you fall for the little town of Stars Hallow, the relationships they have wit and the lifestyle of the Gilmore's.
5.Grey's Anatomy
McDreamy and McSteamy are all you need to know about Grey's Anatomy. A show full of attractive doctors? What more could you ask for. Aside from the very detailed surgical scenes where they leave little to the imagination, this drama will get you in your feels. It is full of romance, love, humor and of course drama. After the first couple of episodes you will decide you probably want to be a surgeon now, but don't be fooled, not all doctors look like they do.
Shows that are underrated but definitely worth the time:
Now these shows are pretty well known but probably not ones you have made a point to watch-but you should
6. That 70's Show
A show any teenager or parent of teenagers can relate to. Following the lives of a group of best friends through high school, dramatic relationships and parents. The humor and story is all too real and you somehow feel as if you are a part of their Wisconsin town.
7. New Girl

When they come together they create a dysfunctional but entertaining group of friends and each episode will be sure to leave you with a smile on your face.
8. How I Met Your Mother
As the show goes through the story of how Ted met his wife, it keeps you constantly guessing who it is while also telling stories from Marshall and Lily's love to Robin's past in Canada and Barney's "Bro Code" book. It keeps you pressing that button to watch the next episode again and again and again.
9. Scandal
Scandals in Washington, D.C? This show has it all, romance, drama, action and an attractive cast. Honestly what more can you ask for. Do you like popcorn and red wine? So does Olivia Pope so you are already two steps closer to becoming someone who will soon be your idol. Each episode ends with a cliff hanger making it a total bing-watching show.
10. Documentary Now
