In 2016 a Broadway play took the world by storm Hamilton: An American Musical is a sung-through musical about the life of American Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, Play and music where written by the one and only Lin-Manuel Miranda. I, like every other person fell head over heels for the musical and downloaded the album as soon as it popped up on Itunes. By the second day of having the album I knew every song on it, Below are my top favorite go to Hamilton songs.

1. Alexander Hamilton

It's the very first song on the album, I enjoy this song because you get a quick lesson one what happen to young Alex and a small peek at what everyone else in his life did for him. You can listen to it here.

2. Helpless

I love this song, it's when Eliza first lays eyes on Alex and falls in love and its the start of something wonderful. You can listen to it here

3. One Last Time

This song is about Washington stepping down and not running for another term and telling Alex what his plan is and how he needs to draft an address and that Jefferson i the one running, I love this song for the beat and at the end you hear this " Consigned to oblivion, as I myself must soon be to the mansions of rest
I anticipate with pleasing expectation that retreat in which I promise myself to realize the sweet enjoyment of partaking, in the midst of my fellow-citizens, the benign influence of good laws Under a free government, the ever-favorite object of my heart, and the happy reward, as I trust Of our mutual cares, labors, and dangers." You can listen to this song here .

4. Burn

I love her voice and fell in love with this song as soon as I heard it and it is one of the first songs I learned all the words to, This song takes place when Eliza reads the paper that Alex wrote in about him cheating with a woman and being blackmailed by her husband. Alex wrote about it so he could "clear" his name. Eliza is basically burning herself out of his life she is so mad at him. You can listen to the song here.

5. Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story

The Very last song in the play and one the album, I cried when I reached this point mostly because I didn't want it to be over. It happens with just about the whole cast right after Burr kills Alex. I love this song because it goes on to talk about what happened after Hamilton died and what Eliza goes on to do to make his live have more meaning that he would have wanted do had he still had the time. You can listen to this song here

I'm still hoping to get tickets to see this wonderful show one day. Till that day happens I will keep listening to the album over and over again till that happens...though I think when that does happen It would be really hard to sit still and not sing along with the show.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Whether you met your new love interest online, through mutual friends, or another way entirely, you'll definitely want to know what you're getting into. I mean, really, what's the point in entering a relationship with someone if you don't know whether or not you're compatible on a very basic level?

Consider these 21 questions to ask in the talking stage when getting to know that new guy or girl you just started talking to:

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
