Another school shooting. How can we abide by this as teenagers, kids our age, are being hurt or killed as some person thinks that its those kids time to die? How do we live with ourselves when we know that there are families out there who now have an empty bed or room? This letter should give a message to the people I care about the most about my true thoughts about them.
Dear family and friends,
My thanks to you go beyond just typed up letters on a screen. Without all of you, I would not be the person I am today. With the recent school shooting, any high school could be the one getting attacked next. I just want each and every person has left an impact on me, whether it was a hi in the hallway or long conversations at night. This world can be unfair to those who still have a life to live. Each person deserves to have a long and happy life, filled with them reaching their full potential. It is up to each of us to help others who might be struggling. I see that people in our lives could change the world.
Thank you all.
This letter is in no way supposed to conflict with anyone else's opinion; it is just how I feel. These actions by people should be prevented to keep teenagers alive and give them a chance to express themselves.
