Even before I met my roommate, she completely changed my life, and she has inspired me to do the same for others. This summer, I spent every day out in the sun playing with little kids at the summer camp I worked at. 3. Turmeric
Who knew that Turmeric could be so healthy for skin? It controls oily skin and can even prevent facial hair growth. Turmeric also helps with anti-aging and skin pigmentation as well.
