Kanye West is one of the defining music artists of the 21st century. He tends to get a back rap for his polarizing personality and controversial actions. People tend to disregard his musical triumphs because of their dislike for him. I believe everyone should give his music a chance because his catalog has something for everyone. Now, I present my personal ranking of Kanye West's discography (except Cruel Summer):

All in all, this was an incredibly hard list to make. His entire discography is great and offers a lot of redeeming qualities. The spots on this list change every now and again and their really is no definitive ranking for Kanye's work. I did not want too spoil much from any of these albums because it may have downplayed the experience. Each record is a separate experience and can be perplexing at first. Starting with "College Dropout" is the best way to approach Kanye West's work. The record is funny and can relate to the experiences of many people. Other records like "Yeezus" and "The Life of Pablo" deviate the most from his "College Dropout" days and are jarring to say the least. I believe that all music fans will at least find a couple songs that are pleasing to the ears.
