I love television shows. I enjoy waiting patiently each week for a new episode just as much as I enjoy binge watching on Netflix. Here are eight of my favorite shows that are still airing and I feel are worth the watch.

1. Pretty Little Liars

I've been watching Pretty Little Liars since I was in eight grade. I practically grew up with this show and my loyalty persists to this day. I will always love PLL and its craziness. The season seven premiere just aired, so be sure to tune in on Tuesdays at 8pm on Freeform.

2. The Fosters

I love shows about family and their trials and tribulations. The Fosters is a show that I will cherish forever. The fourth season premiered last week so be sure to tune in on Mondays at 8pm on Freeform. Life Unexpected and Finding Carter are some other favorites of mine.

3. American Horror Story

AHS has changed a lot since season one in the murder house, but I appreciate its evolution. I am very excited for the sixth season.

4. How to Get Away with Murder

If you love mysteries and a whole lot of thrill, you won't be disappointed. How to Get Away with Murder is fun and engaging.

5. Doctor Who

If you're into Sci-Fi and even Steampunk, you'll love Doctor Who! This series has a special place in my heart and is adored by fans of all ages.

6. The Flash

Even if you haven't read the comic books, chances are you'll still enjoy the show. The Flash is exciting and the characters are impossible not to love.

7. Bates Motel

If you like a mix of mystery and suspense, you'll surely enjoy Bates Motel. This show is twisted, creepy, and amazing.

8. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

It's hard not to love Kimmy's bubbly personality and eccentricity. This Netflix original series is sure to brighten your spirits.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
