Moving Into Your First Apartment As Told By The Cast Of Friends

Moving into your first apartment will be unlike anything you have ever experienced. You finally have a home of your own that isn't a dorm room. This idea alone is overwhelming. When the time finally comes, it might be the craziest day of your life.

The night before the big move in day is an emotional roller coaster. You WILL be awake at ridiculously late hours of the night thinking about what the following day has in store You should expect excitement mixed with nervousness and a little bit of concern for all the work you know is coming. Anyone that comes in contact with you will not know how to react to the way you are acting, so you should probably warn your family and friends ahead of time.

After having approximately four hours of sleep, you wake up and realize how much you have to pack into your car, and you have no idea where to start.

Once you finally arrive at your new home, a wave of excitement will hit you.

But soon you realize that not everything is going to go as smoothly as you had planned. For example: you might arrive at your furnished apartment and see there is no furniture.

(You're not fine, you're not fine at all.)

Once you get to the actual moving in part of your day, your dad and brother will probably be doing all the heavy lifting and you'll just be like...

Once all the boxes are finally inside the house, you realize that you actually have to start unpacking them.

You start unpacking and your mom teaches you what all the weird looking kitchen utensils are used for. You pretend to listen, but really, you're just thinking about how little you slept the night before, and how much you aren't going to cook.

(Even if its not dishwasher safe, its going in the dishwasher... sorry mom.)

You and your roommate start to work together, and at first, everything will go really well.

That is, until you can't agree on which drawer you want to keep the silverware in...

Or how to arrange the furniture in the living room...

And suddenly, everything will seem like an argument and you will start getting into fights about things that don't actually matter.

Luckily, the arguing won't last for long. You will finally realize how ridiculous you both were being and how little it matters which way the coffee table is facing or if the spoons are on the right or the left of the sink.

Once you're done unpacking, and everything is where it belongs, you will finally feel at home, and you will realize that all the hard work was definitely worth it.

When the long day is finally over, you will be able to sleep with a smile on your face, knowing that you are going to wake up in your new apartment.

So enjoy it. Enjoy living with your best friends in an apartment, because one day, you will be married and own a house, and nothing will ever be the same again.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
