Let's be honest, sometimes we sit there and wonder who gets to decide which movies make it onto Netflix, because the selection can be pretty weird (and awful). Most Likely to Die definitely takes the cake for being one of the most ridiculous movies I've seen lately, so I felt obligated to give it a shout out.
I'll give you the rundown of what the movie is about: A group of friends from high school meet up for their ten year reunion, which conveniently happens to be located at the top of a very isolated and creepy mountain. Shockingly, things go awry when a masked killer wearing a graduation cap and gown decides to start killing them one by one. Lovely.
From the low budget slasher film ambience to the terrible acting, Most Likely to Die is the type of movie that you can enjoy if your goal is to make fun of it. You love it because you hate it, and you walk away wondering how and why you wasted an hour and a half of your life watching what you just watched. With a 15% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, you know it's got to be pretty bad. Here are some of the questions that I had after watching this gloriously awful film:
Why is Perez Hilton in this movie?
Perez Hilton plays a character who eerily resembles himself in real life. He's constantly filming people and getting all up in everyone's business, and he's over the top in the most ridiculous and annoying ways. Even though his character is pretty useless, we get a brief insight into the hardships that his character has to the face. However, we later find out that his character development is completely useless to the plot and end up surprised when he isn't one of the first people to die.
Why is Yoder barely mentioned?
We only get one quick glance of the name Yoder, but the movie sets up to make it seem like this scene would be integral to the plot??? WHERE YOU AT YODER?
Why does Ashley Wear a Shirt that Says her Name on it?

Why are the "Most Likely to..." Superlatives so Uninteresting?

Why is this Woman Always Talking about Poker?

How is the Killer's Graduation Cap Sharp Enough to Kill Someone?
One of the ways someone in the movie dies is when he throws his graduation cap at their neck, and it somehow manages to be sharp enough to kill them??? I guess it's creative, but probably not the most realistic.
If you actually read this article it probably means A) you've seen the movie and know exactly what I'm talking about, or B) you're probably really confused and I'm sorry.
