As the moon fades from living to dying, everything around us changes. We go through moon after moon, unaware that with each new moon comes the possibility of a new us; of rebirth.

Luna's Grimoire

nights where chaos was breathing down my neck

its cold breath lining my body with goosebumps

nights that became as dark as the monsters lurking within the soulless

as chaos entered veins

his and mine: hers and theirs

eyes changed from the lightest blue to charcoal black

all spent under the moon that was once born: but is now dead

for I am the moon: the old version has died

while a new moon is born

rebirth
