There is no greater love than the love between a mother and her child. No matter what happens in life you can always count on your mother's love. When we were little our moms were our super heroes, when we were teenagers our mom's were our enemy, and as we reached adulthood they became our friends. There are many reasons why my mom is my forever friend.
For one, my mom will always be my best friend because she will always be there for me no matter what life brings my way. She's been there to wipe my tears, give me a pat on the back, and a little shove when I have needed it most. She even share many laughs with you until your stomach and jaw hurt.
She'll always give you the best advice as any best friend does frequently. What makes her advice different is that chances are she has already gone through it herself when she was your age. Always remember that your mom is right.
You make the best of memories with her just as you do with your friends your age. She's not afraid to act absolutely insane in public, scream the lyrics of your favorite song with you, or offer you fashion advice. Your friends might be afraid to tell you how you really look in that new outfit, but your mom never is .
What makes your mom your perfect best friend is that she has known you better than you have known yourself since the day you were born. You can fake it all you want, but she knows when you're really sick and not just faking it. She knows when you're really sad and not just pretending to be happy. She will protect you better than your actual friends would too. In desperate times she will do anything and everything for her kid. Sometimes in times of need our friends will leave, but our moms are here to stay. She always says "fight your own battles," but is always eager to jump in at anytime.
Moms are the perfect partners for adventures as you grow up. As you grow up she makes you explore new things and as she gets older you make her try new things too. You are the perfect pair.
Your mom will always like your social media posts or make posts on your wall to make you feel loved. Who needs friends to tag you in an embarrassing post when we have our moms?
