If you're reading this just know it's never too late to thank your mom.
Dear Mom,
I want to start this letter by thanking you for always believing in me and loving me unconditionally. With that being said, I know I don't always say it, but I love you and I'm very happy to have you in my life and to call you my Mother. Even since I was little, you were constantly looking out for me, making sure I followed the right path in life. I know I drive you crazy 24/7, but I know you couldn't live a day without your favorite child (Sorry Katie). I'm writing this because I truly don't thank you enough for all the things you've done for me throughout my life. However, this is my attempt to tell you how much you mean to me.
I know I'm far away, but I'll be home soon, I know it was hard to let me go but I'm highly convinced it made us closer. With that being said, thank you for always being there for me when I needed you the most, thank you for always being my number one supporter when I had doubts in myself, thank you for constantly reminding me how much you love me and how proud you are that I'm in college. I thank you for the countless hours you and dad work to provide us kids with the best life any child could ask for. Not only are you my mom, you're my best friend and I'm beyond lucky to call you my mom.
I want you to know even though I left Florida to attend college in Connecticut, I'll always be your baby girl. You've taught me so much about myself in just a matter of 18 years, you've watched me transition into the young lady I am today. Again, I can't express how much I thank you for being there whenever I needed a shoulder to cry on, I love you to the moon and back!
Love always,
Ellie
