No matter how easy the independence college gives to you may seem, you will most definitely be calling your mom at least three times a day to ask the most simple questions.

College is a time to gain independence and learn to navigate on your own. Despite the ability you have to successfully live on your own, there is no doubt that every freshman calls their moms at least three times a day to ask the most simple of questions that seem like rocket science without her help.

If you are a college freshman, then you can relate.

"Mom..."

1. Can you please send me pictures of the dogs?

2. How do I wash this?

3. Do you miss me?

4.How long do I put popcorn in the microwave for?


5. I'm sick can you please do something about it?


6. Can you mail me some home-cooked food?

7. Rough day. Are you willing to drive 7 hours to come pick me up?

8. What should I write my essay on?

9. Do you like this outfit?

10. Should I take this class?


Moral of the story: no matter how much you think you are capable of living on your own, you will always be asking your mom for advice.
