Pain, relentless pain with love,
as broken as it has ever been, with hope,
and hopeless fear of nothing left.
A heart, feeling the weight of every sin.
A man, holding the key to many heart's,
A lock, with unmatched strength and secrets too.
A home, a wife he left to fall apart
His life, Will lead to things he never knew.
His memory, left for those Who stayed behind
His pride, was left here too, for us to lead
With love, and all the family We can find
We can, help nourish and grow his seed.
We can't, give up on what he would have wanted
We stand, to fight for what He did believe
Our heart's, will always feel a little haunted
Be patient, our loss will take some time to grieve.
In time, our heart's will ache a little less.
In life, his memory remains inside of you.
We're lucky, to have known him we are blessed.
So many, yet in perspective, a chosen few.
