You went out last night, danced on tables, got blisters on your feet, and came home way too late, considering you have an 8:30 a.m. lecture you really need to pass. You're laying in your comfy extra long twin sized mattress, praying that it will unexpectedly start dumping snow and class will be cancelled. The minutes tick by. There's no way around it -- you still have to go to class.
The next question is how are you are supposed to look presentable when you look and feel like you just got ran over by a semi-truck. Follow these five steps and you will survive your lecture, even if you don't take the best possible notes.
1. Water. Hydration is key. Drag your tired body out of bed and grab a water bottle and start chugging.
2. Hat. There is no use even trying to tame the knot that is your hair, right now. Just pull it back and put it in a hat and totally work the sporty look.
3. Wash your face. That smoky eye all over your face is a clear sign that you were not in King library last night. You will feel better with a fresh clean face.
4. Eat. Even if it's just a power bar, you need the energy and nutrients.
5. Leave your dorm. This may be the most important step.
