Shane Dawson has made it Instagram official that in the near future, he will launch the JeffreeXShane Palette with Jeffree Star.
Dawson mentions in his Instagram story that he has been discussing the palette with Jeffree Star recently as to whether they are actually going to make the palette all together, while also claiming his doubts and insecurities about not knowing much about makeup in general.
"I don't want to look like a fraud and I also don't know if it's gonna sell, but I think that might be interesting," Dawson says.
Even though Dawson explains his uncertainties about his lack of knowledge in the makeup world, he mentions that he is open to learning more about the industry and everything that follows with it.
"I do want to learn everything," he says.
"I want to not only learn about makeup, I want to learn how to do makeup and what everything means," Dawson said.
Following that statement, he also expresses that he is thrilled in making a palette, 'to be proud of,' and to make a new YouTube series that will also show the production of the JeffreeXShane makeup palette, which will let fans of both of those social media influencers see all the work behind it.
Dawson does not mention the exact date of the palette launch to his followers, but does say that in the upcoming 2019 year, they will get together to begin their meetings and start brainstorming ideas.
It is obvious that many of his fans, specifically 94% of his Instagram followers, are excited for both the YouTube series and his palette with Star.
As for Shane, he says that he is both excited and nervous about the whole 'makeup palette' concept and still continues to test out Star's makeup palettes in the meanwhile and get his,'hands dirty,' during the process.
