You are beautiful just the way you are.

Size 0 is beautiful. Size 18 is beautiful. Short hair is beautiful. Long hair is beautiful. Dark hair, light hair, white skin, colored skin, short, tall, A cup, D cup, it's all beautiful.

We have this image in our head of what a beautiful girl is supposed to look like.

Newsflash: Most of the time the "beautiful girl" we picture is so unrealistic. You do not have to try and live up to these unrealistic expectations to consider yourself to be beautiful.

You should love yourself and you should know you are beautiful no matter what.

Self love is SUPER important and in today's society we tend to forget that. We focus on things that don't even matter. Like thigh gaps, and high cheek bones, and big lips, and a toned butt. Why do we care about these things?

God made you uniquely beautiful, you are beautiful because you are YOU, don't try and change that by starving yourself, or getting surgery, or working so hard at the gym you don't have energy to do anything else.

You are perfect, you ARE beautiful.

Look into the mirror everyday and recognize how beautiful you are. Embrace it. Flaunt it. Be confident. Love yourself.
