Every town has something that makes it so incredibly unique. While many people have their own presuppositions of their town that may not be the most ideal, it's important to find the good in where you are from. After all, it is where you were brought up and shaped into the person you've become. Here's some photos of what makes my town unique and, in its own way, beautiful.
1) The old, beaten up garage with paint splattered on it. I see this as a beautiful place because it's been turned into artwork.
2) The small downtown square.
3) The old, abandoned mill down the road that serves as a historic site.
4) The shoals that were once serving as a mill town.
5) The spring trees in bloom.
6) The overgrown fields for agriculture.
7) The statues that symbolize the growth of the town and how far it has come.
8) The urban areas that may be run down but they still carry such beauty and stature.
9) The sunsets are surreal with jaw-dropping beauty.
10) The art is everywhere and it's absolutely spectacular, and the friends are pretty great too.
Take some time to think for yourself about what makes your city unique. Appreciate it for what it is and love where you live.
