My little cousins are my life. If you've ever had a little cousin, you know how annoying and crazy they can be, but they are also precious little bundles of joy and love. The warmth of their hugs and them saying "I Love You," their cuddles when you read them a book before bed. There are some things I never want to forget, and I want them to know when they get older. So here are those things.
1. When you were a baby, I changed your diaper.
2. I fed you bottles and babysat you and held you for hours.
3. When you learned to (somewhat) say my name, it was the most precious thing ever.
4. You ran around and screamed that you hated me because I had to put you down for a nap, but I knew it couldn't last.
5. Giving fist bumps or knuckles or high fives to you never got old.
6. I loved when you would hold my pinkie finger in your little tiny hands.
7. I sung you to sleep, even though I have a terrible singing voice, and you loved it.
8. I remember rubbing your back and lying with you until I heard your breathing even out, so that you fell asleep peacefully and weren't scared.
9. Your copying me is the highest and best form of flattery a big cousin could ask for.
10. I love your hugs and kisses! Always will.
11. Your giggles never fail to make me smile.
12. Reading books to you before bed made my throat dry because I would try to read super fast so you could get to bed sooner.
13. Honestly, I loved when you requested me over your parents to help you go to the bathroom, just because you are so darn cute.
14. I am so glad I lived so close to you growing up, because I love hanging out with you!
15. When you learned to take selfies and videos on my phone, and left them there for me later, it made my day.
