Long Distance Relationships As Told By "The Office"

Long distance relationships (LDR) are HARD. Maintaining one sounds romantic, but actually being in one requires love and proper time management. In honor of one of the best relationships ever — Pam and Jim — here's what long distance relationships are like as told by "The Office."

1. How the day before leaving feels like

Enjoying that one last day is so meaningful, but you dread your upcoming departure.

2. When you first say goodbye and try to hold it together

Getting in your car or boarding a plane can seem impossible if you're trying not to think about how it was the last time you're going to see that person for a while.

3. When it's only been a day apart but it feels like forever

It's always hardest right after one of you leaves, but it does eventually gets better.

4. When someone tells you things could be worse

Your circumstances are not always your choice

5. Trying to FaceTime or Skype but your S.O. is busy

Finding time to talk on the phone can be almost impossible with school, work, or the time difference getting in the way.

6. When people complain about not seeing their boyfriend or girlfriend for a day

Oh please. Try 2500 miles!

7. How it feels when you go out with friends and they mention your S.O.

You're having a good time, but something feels missing. It doesn't help to be reminded of them.

8. Suddenly seeing couples EVERYWHERE

Why does it feel like everyone in a relationship is rubbing it in my face right now?

9. When your S.O. posts a picture and you can't believe how attractive the person you're dating is

10. Feeling good for successfully managing your life apart and your relationship

This should be seen as an accomplishment!

11. When you're only a few days away from seeing your S.O.

The last few days can feel like an eternity. Can time move any faster?

12. When you think about how great it's going to feel being reunited

So close, almost there!

13. When you finally see your S.O.

14. Realizing how special your relationship is for handling long distance

You guys can handle anything!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
