THANK YOU

1. For Cheering Me Up Like No One Else.

Every time I’ve called you upset since I have been at school, you somehow know how to make me laugh even when I thought no one could.

2. For Talking To My Roommate.

I’m sure it might be a little awkward for you considering you have not met my roommate in person, but I always appreciate you adding her into our FaceTime calls because after all she’s the only other person who knows me almost as much as you do.

3. For Counting Down The Days Until We See Each Other.

Even though I haven’t seen you since summer, you always seem to have a positive attitude and remind me that we will see each other very soon.

4. For Listening To My Rants.

Sometimes I just need someone uninvolved to talk to and most of the time you are that person. Sorry I bore you with my endless rants and complaints about life, but hey I always let you do the same.

5. For Sending Me Letters.

Thanks for sending endless letters back and forth with me. A lot of my friends don’t get letters, but I’m so lucky to have a best friend who loves receiving letters as much as I do.

6. For FaceTiming Me Until 3 A.M.

There have been nights where I just wish I could talk to you forever. Thanks for always staying up with me as late as I needed to talk to you.

7. For Understanding When I’m Busy.

It’s hard because we have different schedules and things going on so I appreciate you not getting mad when I can’t talk.

8. For Telling Me About Your Life.

I’m honestly so happy you still tell me about things going on in your life. It’s easy to lose touch because of distance, but you always make sure I know what the newest thing happening with you.

9. For Making Our Snap Streak a Priority.

It’s not only a streak to us it’s our main form of communication and way to know what’s going on at each others schools.

10. For Making Plans To See Each Other As Soon As We Get Home.

I can’t wait to get acai bowls and sushi at our favorite spots. The dorm food is awful so I’m not only looking forward to seeing you, but I’m so pumped to eat good food with my best friend.

11. For Giving Your Honest Opinion.

Sometimes the truth is hard, but it’s so much easier coming from you. I’m so happy you always tell me what you’re thinking.

12. For Not Judging My Life Choices.

This coincides with #11. Even though you always give your honest opinion, you never judge me or make me feel bad about my life choices.

13. For Always Being My Best Friend.

It’s not easy to be so far away, but I know we will always be best friends. We have been through so much together and I can’t wait to accomplish the rest of the life with you by my side.
