Roommates are usually a blessing or a curse, and in most cases, the people you live with can easily become your best friends. No matter what you're going through they are constantly there for you in any way they can be.

1.They always hype you up

Your roommates are always there to hype you up when even the smallest accomplishment comes your way. Whenever even achieving the slightest victory your roommates are prepared to celebrate!

2.The Best Support System

Whether it's not getting a job or losing a person in your life, your roommates can easily become that emotional support system that you need within the moment.

3. It's Never Too Quiet


When you're living with your best friends there's never a dull moment. Even if it's a quiet day and everyone's doing homework there's always something occurring within your living space.

4. They Know You SO Well

You could deny it 100% that you're upset but at the end of your conversation with your roommates they know without a doubt that you're upset even though you say your fine. These roommates become people that sometimes know you better than anyone else and could easily drag you out of any funk.

5. Their Friends Become Yours

When your roommates bring their friends over you instantly are submerged into their conversations causing you to automatically become friends with that person. As time goes on and they come in to your living space more they become regulars and you become even more comfortable with them.

6. Endless Clothing Options

Whether you're getting ready for a job interview or even just a night out, your roommates are always ready to help you find an outfit in a time of need. Without a doubt in that amount of time and with those many options your bound to find what you need!

7. They always hang out with you

If you're having a night in with no motivation to go out it'll still be one of the best nights that you'll spend with your roommates.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
