He could have let anger sing loud
He pushed it back and closed his ears
Calmed down he settled, not more proud
Deep-breathing remedies help thee.



Soothing ambient themes play deep
And harmful, useless, thoughts may creep
This mode of healing helps all fears

He relieves the strain, mental pain
Although he can purge it with tears
He was never too fond of rain
Deep breathing remedies help thee.
