This school year, I am finally a senior. I have survived the first three years of high school and now I am at the last length of the race. But let me tell you, it has been one stressful journey. From the nights that I didn't think I was going to get any sleep because I had too much homework, to the moments when I realized that my grade was counting on that one single test. Yep, high school was stressful. But this year tops them all. This year is the year that determines my future. Soon I will be applying to colleges, and filling out scholarships. I'm not ready to!
However, I decided this year to challenge myself and take college course classes. There are definitely rigorous for me. Almost every night I find myself trying to finish an essay or completely math problems that make no sense to me (math has never been my favorite subject). Senior year was suppose to be my easy year, but now I'm finding it to be my most challenging year. Homework, college, and scholarships are all I can think about as my teachers are embedding it into my mind. By the end of October, my college applications will have been sent. Then I will just endear the dreadful wait to hear back from each college.
I cannot wait until all this stress is lifted from my shoulders. Oh, how I long for the day I get my high school diploma.
