When I got into college, I started watching random Youtube videos all the time. One of them had a background song with some interesting lyrics. Turns out, that song was from the rock band Skillet. From then, I started to listen to more of their music and have become a fan. Here's why you should listen to their music.

Skillet is a Christian rock band, so of course, the lyrics to most, if not all, of their songs would have an effect on people.

Most songs speak to people especially when they have gone through the same thing and feeling the same emotions, making it easier to express feelings and listen to more music.

Whether going through tough times as a teen or older adult, all content in the songs is relevant, but it all depends on how the listener looks at it.
