Even if you don't consider yourself a video game person, you'll want to play "Life Is Strange." Produced by the same company who brought you "Kingdom Hearts" — Square Enix. "Life is Strange" brings a level of magical realism to their already fantasy-adventure repitoire. Written by Christian Divine and Jean-Luc Cano, this game shines as not only a narrative but an immersive intimate experience.

Created by Dontnod Entertainment, "Life Is Strange" is Directed by Raoul Barbet and Michel Koch and musically composed by Jonathan Morali.

Life is Strange has won many awards for its amazing gameplay.https://instagram.com/p/Bh_2fvuAv5d/

The story follows 18-year-old Max, who is attending Blackwell Academy in her hometown after years away. An aspiring photographer, Max returns to find everything far from picture perfect. Her best and estranged friend, Chloe, is in danger and desperately looking for Rachel Amber: a missing Blackwell student and Chloe's close friend.

Justness in time to prevent something tragic, Max develops supernatural powers. She manages to reverse time in order to get a second chance at fate. Only, her powers come at a cost.

Together, the duo searches for clues as the dangerous mysteries of Blackwell loom before them — threatening to destroy the city. Can they save Arcadia Bay? Can they save themselves? You'll have to download the game to find out!

Gameplay is so fun. Too much fun, I mean It's addictive. In the game, you play as Max. Innocent, hopeful, and determined, Max works to uncover the secrets surrounding her town. You operate an investigation through sleuthing, information gathering puzzle games, inquiry, cinema scenes, and character relationships. As a role-playing game, "Life is Strange" allows the player to choose their own behaviors and consequences. Since Max has the ability to reverse time, many permutations are available to explore. One decision can affect the outcome of the entire game. It's thrilling to have so much control over a narrative.

Literary in its conception and themes, "Life Is Strange" pulls its audience in. The story is woven with complicated strands of “what if?" It is the player's job to sort out these strands to create the best ending possible.

The Prequel: Before The Storm details the events leading up to the original adventure.https://instagram.com/p/Bbuf3julJPd/

"Life is Strange" is available not only for XBOX, PlayStation, PC, etc. — but also for mobile Android and IOS! The gameplay is episodic, which means it works a like a virtual chapter book. This method of storytelling allows players to pace themselves and digest each part of the story as its own installment with a beginning, middle, and end.

So far, the complete first series is available for purchase for below $10. The prequel series “Before The Storm" is included. The first season came out in 2015, with a 2018 prequel follow up as fans were dying for more.

The Sequel comes out September 27, 2018.https://instagram.com/p/BmtHdybDiOE/

Bouncing off of the international success of their first game, Square Enix is rolling out one episode at a time: season two with an entirely new storyline. The new story follows the lives of two ragtag brothers and their encounters with supernatural powers.

Whether or not the characters and story square up to the breathtaking first season — only time will tell.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
