Often times than most, I find myself going though a situation where I feel as though it very well may be the most catastrophic event I have yet to see. It's not until a new calamity arises (one that appears minute in comparison) that I am filled with a sense of relief. Truth is, this feeling stems from the intimation. Issues are issues, without regard to how one perceives the severity of their personal issue. Think about it like this, being attacked by a mosquito may not seem to be a major problem for the majority, but for a small few, being attacked by a mosquito is the absolute worst turn their life could have taken. As absurd as it may sound, there are people who would rather take their chances on an island infested with venomous snakes, than be in pursuit by the deadly two winged beast. So what is the trait that causes this vision spread? Fear. Fear is single-handedly one of the most toxic mental hemorrhages to date. Fear can cause the human mind to believe anything and everything if and when bought into.

But...
Why? Why do we buy into an emotion that causes us so much harm? The answer is quite simple. The condition is familiar and easily acceptable. Life is hard enough to get through just living in itself, but to ask someone to fend off every doubt that comes to mind, is like asking for perfection and no one is perfect. Experience and growth however, does increase one's skill set. The overall objective, is to sharpen each skill to play as many roles as possible until the inevitable "curtain call" we all must face. These experiences are the tools that shape a woman from an adolescence as well as a man from an infidel. Placing fear inside the mind causes procrastination, which ultimately slows down this evolutionary process. Imagine if you would have said "hi" to her this morning. Imagine what would happen if you didn't wait for the helping hand you thought would "eventually" arrive to awaken your true potential. I hate to say it, but time is not on our side. Don't be afraid to fail, to walk, or even crawl. Most of all, don't be afraid of your growth process. It will constantly fluctuate because of the fact that you are not perfect; nor were you meant to be. As cliche as the phrase is, you will never know until you try.
