It's everyone's favorite holiday movie and If your anything like me and most people I know, you love curling up on the couch with a blanket and hot chocolate and getting in the holiday spirit, by watching Will Ferrell make his way from the north pole to New York City.

With all the chaos Buddy the elf encounters in New York city his feelings and reactions perfectly describe what its like to be a college student!

When you go to the dining hall and decide to get three full plates of food and then ice cream for dessert.

When you get above a 90 on an exam you studied 12 straight hours at the library for.

Or when you get your grade back on a test and you fail miserably.

When you have five tests and three papers due in the same week and you tell yourself your fine.

But then your professor cancels your earliest class and you get to sleep past 9 a.m.

When your sitting in class and don't know the answer for your i clicker and you wish you could choose every answer.

Or when you just don't think you can make it out of the bed for the day.

When you realize its almost the weekend and there's soo much you want to do.

When you decide to go out on a Thursday night and tell yourself you will make it to your 9 a.m. class the next morning.

When you recognize a friend at a party you didn't know they were going to.

When you wake up after going out Thursday and you have to get to your 10 am class.

But you don't really regret it and will probably do it all again next week because, hey its college and you wouldn't have it any other way!!

Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
