Albert Camus once said “Men must live and create. Live to the point of tears.”
Life is an array of emotions and when it comes down to it, we’re given a choice between love and hate. It is not always the easiest choice, but we must always choose love. When you feel like giving up on someone, choose to love. When you feel like giving up on yourself, choose to love. Even when you're not sure, choose love. Find a way to love every little thing you look at; from the way the light passes through leaves, to the way the rain hits the window, even down to the curl of your toes. Beauty is liberating. You can’t always see it, and that is when you must feel it. Do whatever it takes to feel it: write it, paint it, draw it, sing it, dance in it. Do whatever it is that makes your existence feel as deep as possible every chance that you get. There will never be a foolproof plan to happiness for anyone. Pain is inevitable, but it is treatable. Allow yourself to feel every feeling that life throws your way with grace. Always refrain from turning to bitterness; the world is already too full of those kinds of people. Throw yourself into your emotions. Feel them to the brim, but never to the point of drowning. Life begins and ends for everyone, but what you are in between is all that really matters. Live to the point of tears.
