Dear Mom,

Thank you for being the warm hearted, caring, approachable person that you are. Growing up with you as my mother has given me someone that I can always confide in, and look towards for amazing advice. I know there were times when my middle school teenage self-thought that it was “uncool” to be seen out in public with adults, however, now this is absolutely not the case. In fact, you are one of my best friends, and I love being seen with you.

Whenever I feel overwhelmed, or just need someone to turn to, you are always there for me. Regardless of what I am dealing with, you always support me, and put what is in my best interest first, in order to see me succeed. Even if we are not together in person, I know that you are always a text or phone call away. Not everyone can say that they can approach their mom with anything, however, I truly feel that I can tell you anything and everything. Every time I talk to you, I always leave the conversation feeling refreshed, because you having a calming sole about you. Not only are you extremely supportive, you will also tell me when I make a mistake, or if I need to work on something. This is so helpful, and again speaks to the fact that you are always looking out for me and keeping my best interest in mind.

Not only do I highly value your support, and your ear that is always open, I also really love the time that we get to spend together. Whether we are having a one on one coffee date, or jamming out in the car to the best songs on the radio with all the Greineder girls, time with you is always enjoyable and well spent.

I am so fortunate to have you as my mother.

So, thank you for being the wonderful mother and person that you are. I truly love being able to say that my mom is one of my best friends, and this will forever be this way. I love you momma G.
