Dear little sisters,

Let me start this by saying that I love you perfect little people more than anything in the world. You are my best friends and I’m so thankful for our relationships. Being your big sister has been such an honor and I have loved every second of watching you guys grow up into the sweet, smart, beautiful young women you are becoming. I know it may not always seem like it, but I love having you two around.

You both have taught me so much about myself, about being a better person, and about life in general. It’s honestly so stressful having two (not-so) little girls looking at everything you do 24/7. It keeps me accountable, though, and I always try to be the best version of myself for you to look up to. You both were the firsts to teach me how to love someone more than I ever imagined possible. All I ever want to be able to do for you is protect you and love you and always help you know your worth. You two also keep me up to date on the “cool trends.” From teaching me things about make-up, to new dance moves, and even the newest lingo for the week -- you guys keep me up to date and not feeling too old.

I am so so so proud of both of you. I love hearing about your lives and the fun and exciting things going on at school or with your groups of friends. Even though it’s you guys on the sidelines at football games, I hope you know I’ll always be your biggest cheerleader and fan. (Well, next to mom and dad, of course.) You’re both so smart and talented and beautiful and wonderful and the most precious people I know. I love getting to tell all my new friends at college about you two any chance I get. Just today, actually, I made a powerpoint that you guys were in and almost cried just getting to talk about how much I love y’all.

Moving away from you and going off to college was, hands down, the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. I miss you terribly, but I’m so glad you made it so hard to say goodbye. Weekends with y’all are my favorites! Thanks for being my mini’s and for letting me boss you around, make you go crazy, and mostly for loving me almost as much as I love you! I don’t think I could ever put into words just how much you both mean to me, but I hope this was a start.
