A Letter To A Loved One In Heaven

My dear loved one,

It's hard to sit on this earth and think that your no longer with me here. It's hard and I try not to cry because I know you wouldn't want me to. I think about you everyday and how things would be different if you were here with me.

I miss your laugh, smile, compassion, and so so much more. But I know heaven must be pretty damn beautiful if they have you up there. I hope your having fun up there whether seeing other loved ones or just watching over all of us down here. Whenever I look up into the sky I know that your keeping a close eye on me and protecting me from danger.

Somedays are better than others when it comes to missing you. When I do things you used to enjoy I get so happy but sometimes sad when I release you're not there with me. You would want me to be happy and smiley down here, though!

Goodbyes are never easy and I wish we didn't have to. So lets just say a see you later! Because I know someday you and I will meet again.

I love you so much.


I will always miss you.

Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
