Dad,

First off, I have to start by saying thank you. You have done so much for me and I know I can't say thank you enough, but I'll try my best. Thank you for going to every soccer game, basketball game, and dance recital I've ever had, no matter how much I sucked. Thank you for always supporting me, even through my one season softball career. Thank you for picking me up from my friend's house every weekend, even if they were across the island. Thank you for spotting me some cash if I need, even though you can be very reluctant about it (sorry I'm so damn expensive).

Thank you for being an amazing role model. You've taught me so many lessons that I'll always remember, and will forever be grateful for. I'm going to miss our deep car ride chats.

Thank you for being the first man I've ever loved and for showing me how every man should treat me.

I know that I don't always show how grateful I am, but I am every single day. I also know that I don't reach out to you enough, but I promise I'll get better!

I love you so much.
