Odyssey,

First is first… Thank You Odyssey Online. Thank you for being a platform where students can express their feelings. For not banning any form of thinking and believing in freedom of speech.

Thank you for respecting others opinions and letting creative minds fly high. When young voices are heard, new ideas are born and new things are created. Its not about having random rants about the daily topics, its about having a voice in this enormous world we live in. We are frequently doubted, highly ignored and poorly acknowledge, but the opportunity of keeping it real and making it personal, opens up to new perspectives and contributes to new experiences.

Simply for existing in a world where many want to express their thoughts and are not allowed or heard. Thank you for being so accepting and diverse in a world where media monopoly takes over and controls what people think of others. Letting young people make an impact by having their own perspective of the real world and allowing them to read what others have to say.

Keep growing everyday, keep enriching young lives and most importantly, keep inspiring creators all around the world. If I had do describe the odyssey in a sentence, I would say its all about the unique content of minds that can’t be shut up.

Lastly, thank you for letting me be part of this amazing platform. For helping me grow and helping me discover new interests. It’s an experience and opportunity I will never regret having. Also, for having an awesome team of people that are always there to help, especially when they come up with the best writers blocks ideas. (Shout out Michael) and for having the best and most understandable EIC’s a community can have (Shout out Julia).

Sincerely,

A content creator.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
