Dear Mom,

For most of my life its just been you and I. I remember having separation anxiety in pre-school when you would drop me off for the day. Sometimes I still have it when I am away at college. You have been my rock, and still are. You are a selfless human being that I adore and am so grateful to have and call you my mom. You always seem to know how to get me back on track when I slip a little, and your support for everything that I do does not go unnoticed.

So, thank you.

Soon you will be marrying a man who treats you right; a man who loves you for you. I am so happy that you are as happy as you are. For a while, it's just been us, but the new addition to our little family is more than ok. This next chapter is one that will have a lasting positive effect on both you and me, and I'm excited to see what the future holds.

I am more than honored to be your maid of honor on this special day. I cannot wait to see you walk down the aisle to pursue this next journey ahead. You will look beautiful as always and I will be by your side through it all just like you've been by mine. Stay beautiful, Mama, can't wait to celebrate!
