Dear Little Sisters

Dear little sisters, this is for you.

Dear Little Sisters
Jessica Price

Oh, baby sisters,

There is so much I want to tell you, so much I want you to know. I have watched you all grow from small infants to the incredible young women you are now.

So, first things first, I am so proud of you all. Of everything you have done, will do, and continue to do.

You all have faced so many challenges, and overcame so much in these past few years. We have lost our Uncle, our Father, and we sat side by side as we cried for days.

My beautiful sisters, I want so much for you. I want to watch you run, and play, and achieve and strive so much in this life. I want you to become the best teacher, best veterinarian, best photographer, best meteorologist, and best nurse you have ever dreamed of being.

I want you to wake up every morning and remember I am always here for you. I will always have your back, I will fight whoever needs to be fought, I will cry with you, laugh with you and I will never leave your side. I will be your best friend, sister, guardian angel, and defense attorney. I have your back.

You need to remember that our past does not define who we are. We have faced a lot of things. The world has thrown lots of things at us, but we have come out better and stronger and together.

The world will throw more things at us, and we will hit the bottom again, and we will bounce back. And as long as we are together we can handle anything. There are so many words I want to tell you, so many things I could tell you. But the words escape me. But know this, I love you all so much, and I will love you until my heart stops beating.

Eternal Peace.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
