This article is harder to write because of its content. It's an article that allowed for me to understand the truth of such terrible occurrences: It's been difficult to accept the realities of what has happened around us and it's terrible how these occurrences aren't surprises. We need to change that. We need to take action. It all starts with an open mind and better yet, an open heart.

Too many innocent lives are being taken. It shakes us. We stand in solidarity together especially during tragic times, but it's hard. Hey, it's hard to stand firmly, but for sure not impossible. It's times like these when we must not give up on each other. We must not take our anger out on one another. We must not give up on love, acceptance, faith, hopefulness, and joy. In a world where tragedies are culminating, it's so important to never forget that. From inspiring peaceful gatherings to standing in solidarity with one another, we should keep in mind how powerful it is when we choose to stand together.

There have been many videos and articles that have spoken about these events. That shows how powerful our word is. We believe in morals and more importantly, we believe in one another. We get inspired by videos and articles and put that into our own words. We prove our point with the support of everyone. We understand that this nation isn't powerful without the support of each other. It's a journey, but we should strive to speak from our hearts. I came across so many inspirational videos. Each one had a unique message and allowed for me to see through many perspectives. We don't have to accept what's happening around us because now is such a crucial time to keep believing: to believe that together we can conquer the impossible. If I could sum up how I feel, it would be hard to put into words. But, the videos I found do exactly just that and more. They speak the truth. They speak from their hearts and show us how an open mind is one of the first steps to creating a more open world.

This video speaks in a different way than most. It speaks through real people's thoughts and experiences. It's honest. This video displays how we take pride in who we are individually. There is nothing wrong with that because individuality is and will always be praised. But what good is that if we don't take the time to praise others for doing what we stand for? We stand for being unique. So how does degrading someone else for doing so make us better? It doesn't. This video shows us how we are all unknowingly connected. It displays the importance in accepting every part of who we are. It shows how when we stand together, we help each other, even when we don't realize it.

Secondly, this video from Buzzfeed speaks the truth of what we have been through. It takes statistics and real life situations. It informs us how to make change. He informs how it could have been us in any of these situations. The truth: No one should live in a world where there is fear to watch a movie on opening night. No one should live in a society where going to school to get a great education becomes scary. No one should live in world where routine brings about fear. There shouldn't be a fear to live our lives the way we all aspire to do. This video brings chills down my spine. My heart hurts watching this. Regarding all that has happened, we shouldn't be getting used to these events. We shouldn't forget what has happened. As an international community, we need to connect ourselves to one another and understand what can be done to change these statistics. We need to stand up for each other. We need to speak out. We don't need another statistic. We won't be defined by it: We will define it.

I think we all need to watch this. It's motivating and one of the greatest videos of all time. To be boring is easy; we are better than that. Remember, we are all on the same team. Our hearts are beating and we have air to breathe: What reason do we have to quit? We don't. Tough times call for our strong hearts. We need to stand up. No more sitting down on issues that have taken place. We need to speak out about what we believe in. "This is my time, this is your time, this is our time." It's time for us to all give this world many reasons to dance.
